Terms of Service

1. The service

YASend lets you connect a WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business number you control as a linked device and send and receive messages through an API.

YASend is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. WhatsApp may change or restrict how linked devices work at any time.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate information and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account and keys.
• You must be able to form a binding contract, and if you sign up for a company, you confirm you may bind it.
• Tell us at once at [email protected] if you think your account or a key was compromised.

3. Your WhatsApp numbers

• Only link numbers you own or are authorised to use.
• You remain responsible for your use of WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms. Automated messaging can lead WhatsApp to restrict or ban a number. YASend's safety features reduce, but cannot remove, that risk.
• We are not responsible for a number being restricted or banned by WhatsApp, or for messages WhatsApp does not deliver.

4. Free trial, plans and payment

• New accounts may get a free trial with the limits shown in the portal. One trial per person, email address, and WhatsApp number.
• Paid plans are prepaid for their period from your YASend wallet. You top up the wallet in Syrian pounds through ShamCash. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page and may change; a change applies from your next renewal.
• If auto-renew is on, we renew your plan from your wallet at the end of each period. If the wallet doesn't cover it, sending stops after the period ends and your numbers are disconnected after a short grace period.
• A wallet top-up is credited only once ShamCash confirms the payment. Contact support about refunds of an unused wallet balance.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-spam Policy. In short: send only messages people expect and have agreed to receive, such as verification codes, receipts, and service notifications.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep YASend available and your numbers connected, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features, and we'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

7. Suspension and termination

• We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or our policies, harms other users, WhatsApp or the platform, or doesn't pay. Where reasonable we will tell you first.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Deleting a number unlinks it from WhatsApp and deletes its stored login.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the actions of WhatsApp or payment providers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and, for material changes, email you before they take effect. Continuing to use YASend means you accept the updated terms.
