Anti-spam Policy
Last updated 12 Oct 2026
Spam hurts the people who receive it, gets numbers banned, and puts every YASend customer at risk. We don't allow it.
Consent comes first
- Message only people who gave you their number and agreed to hear from you about the subject of your message, for example by requesting a code or placing an order.
- Consent for one purpose isn't consent for another: a login code doesn't permit marketing.
- Keep a record of how and when each person agreed.
Make it easy to stop
- Tell people who you are in your messages.
- Honour every request to stop at once, by any wording (“stop”, “توقف”…), and don't message that person again for that purpose.
How YASend helps
- Pacing, warm-up for new numbers, daily limits and duplicate-text filtering keep sending at human-like levels.
- Health monitoring slows or pauses a number when WhatsApp's signals (low delivery or read rates, disconnects) suggest recipients don't want the messages.
What happens if you spam
We may pause the number and suspend the account. Plans are not refunded for accounts closed for spam. Report spam sent through YASend to [email protected] with the sender number and the message.
